Mixamo helped us accelerate and shorten the production pipeline for a Flash martial arts fighting game. Complex martial arts moves that would've taken us weeks to rig and animate were able to be done in less than 10 days with great results.

Trigger was approached by Sony Pictures to create an interactive web game based on “The Karate Kid”, starring Jackie Chan and Jaden Smith, released on June 11, 2010.

How Mixamo Helped Trigger

Mixamo's online 24/7 service enabled Trigger's international teams to efficiently create 3D animations and integrate them into the game quickly. This added efficiency boosted productivity while maintaining high quality standards.
Custom mocap services were also provided to Trigger for special kung fu attacks required for the Karate Kid game's special stylistic design.
