Firefox 3.5 & Java Incompatibiliy

Why am I here?

You are here because we detected a known incompatibility between your version of Firefox (Windows Firefox 3.5) and the version of the Java plugin installed on your computer.

How Can I Fix This?

There are two ways you can resolve this:

Upgrade Your Java Version (recommended)

1. Visit http://www.java.com/getjava
2. Click "Free Java Download" to download the upgrade
3. Double-click the downloaded file to start the installation process
4. Follow on-screen prompts to complete the installation
5. Completely shutdown Firefox (ensure that all Firefox windows are closed)
6. Restart Firefox

Upgrade Firefox

Note: Until Mozilla releases the next point release of Firefox (ie: Firefox 3.5.1), the only workaround we know of it to upgrade to the latest java versions (see instructions above).

1. Click the "Help" menu item in the Firefox menu bar
2. Select "Check for Updates" in the Help menu
3. If an update is available, please install it, and try using Mixamo again
4. If no updates are available, please follow the instructions above on upgrading your Java version
